Well I had the whole thing finished at 2 this afternoon. Trans was filled with fluid and after some NSBU switch adjustment it was ready to go. It siad I was in R (race gear

) when I was in park.
I got showered and ready to go t the dyno and when I came out we saw a big puddle on the floor. My buddy fired the truck up and I watched fluid pour out the new/used extension housing I got from Merchant. Not sure if it was my falt, his or shippin. Well get it figured out on monday.
It really ruined my day. I tell ya luck isnt on my side on this one.
I can say that I am getting pretty good and tearing these things down and putting them back together and have found what can go wrong and plenty of tips and tricks along the way.
Now Im down to about 45minutes for tearing everything out and putting it all back in and torquing in. This doesnt include tearing apart the C1/C2 assembly or the valvebody though.
Im getting pretty good at getting it in and out and it looks like Ill be getting even better at doing it if I have to remove it to replace the extension housing.
I really hate fighting all of the stuff to get it in and out though.
Maybe this time Ill take some time to snap some pics for a write up since I know what Im doing now.
