I know quite a few guys that are running my bumpers on their non-lifted trucks...I will be the first to say that you at least need a leveling kit, but it doesn't have to be lifted...99-02 bumper need to be lifted. The reason the bumper has a large presence is because Chevy have a frame horn in the wya of mounting a winch. All the other companies require you to cut it off during installation, we do not require cutting the frame. Here is Rydnhi4x4's truck with just a leveling kit on it
